Barry Ahern

Originally from Norton, MA, Barry graduated from Xaverian Brothers High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Bryant University.

Barry began his professional journey at Bob’s Stores as a Manager Trainee, eventually advancing to Human Resources Manager. He then joined Phoenix Media Communications Group, where he rose to the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2004, Barry transitioned into the convenience store industry, taking on the role of Director of HR at Verc Enterprises. Over time, Barry grew into the position of Vice President of Operations and HR, helping lead the company until its sale in 2021.

Following that, Barry held senior operational roles at Energy North Group and Yatco from 2021 to 2025. In February 2025, Barry joined Kayrouz Petroleum, where I currently serve in a senior leadership capacity.

Barry currently lives in East Sandwich, MA with his wife Pamela and is the proud parent of two adult children, Ceili and Cameron. Outside of work, Barry enjoys traveling and staying active through running, cycling, and regular workouts at the gym.
